How can I register on the site?

If you want to promote your product/service then you just have to register as a member at Most.com.np first. Just click on the Register link at the top of the website to get started. Fill in your Email, and contact details mentioned in the online registration form and submit.

I cannot log in after registering, it says email address validation is required.

You need to verify your email address in order to log in to your account. A verification email is sent to your email address as soon as you register. This email contains a website link that you must visit (click) to activate your account. Please check your email spam/junk folder also, as sometimes our emails are placed there. If you have yet to receive this email, then please contact us.

How do I post an ad for my product or services on the site?

Once you have registered an account, then you just have to log in to the Member Area of the site. Once logged in, click on the 'Create Listing’ option from the menu. You will then be asked to choose a suitable category for your ad. Then fill up the form with the description, and price of your product and click on the post button. Note:- if you don't know your product category then please search the products on our site to find if there is an existing product that will give you an idea about the category.

Can I upload images for my ad?

Yes. you can upload images of your product which will be listed with your ad. In fact, ads with real images have more consumer appeal and receive more views and better inquiries. You will be asked to upload a picture after you have posted your ad.

Are there any restrictions with ad images?

Unfortunately, you can only place ad images of jpg, png, or gif type. There is also an upper limit of 2 MB per image. If your image is larger than this size then please use graphic software to resize the image. You can only place 3 images per product, which is enough to give detail about your product.

Can I change the details of the product later?

Yes. you can change the details of your products later whenever you require it. Just log in to your account and click on 'My Ads' option from the menu. You will see a list of all the ads you have posted on the site. From there you can edit your ad, change/upload your product picture, renew, delete or make your product sold status.

Can I change my personal information and password later?

Yes. After you have registered your account you can change your personal information whenever you want. You need to log in to your account and click on the 'Change Info' or 'Change Password' menu to change your personal data.

What are Featured ads, and Recently listed ads?

• Featured ads are those ads that are of special importance. 
• Recently listed ads are those ads that have been recently posted on the site.

Does a Buyer need to register at Most.com.np?

No. A buyer does not have to register to Most.com.np, he/she can browse the entire website and search the posted ads without any registration. However in order to post comments on ads and send emails to other users, registration is required.

What does it cost to advertise?

You can post ads 100% free throughout the website, however, you have to pay for Feature Ads, which are listed top of the main page and give more exposure than free or simple Ads.

If I post a listing, will I also get more spam e-mails?

Absolutely not because your email address is not visible on the website.

How long will my listing remain on the website?

In general, a listing is automatically deactivated from the website after 1 month. You will receive an email a week before D-Day and another on the day of deactivation. You have the ability to put them online in the following month by logging into your account on the site. After this delay, your listing will be automatically removed permanently from the website.

I sold my item. How do I delete my ad?

Once your product is sold or leased, log in to your account to remove your listing.
